SAUCEY EVENING made her Colonial Downs turf sprint debut a winning one from off the pace, and she was hardly a well kept secret at 6-5.
She shipped to Del Mar for her 2nd career outing, and she overcame early trouble to finish a fast closing 2nd in a 5.5f state bred stakes sprint. Garrett Gomez knows her now, and today's added real estate should be right up her alley.
