The level of bickering is at an all-time high. If Kentucky can't do it right, no one can. It's been a long, winding, dirty, sad road.
State government is the same all over. The fact that Kentucky changed the name of the group from "Authority" to "Commission" indicates that they really mean business. Letterheads to be changed - stationery to be thrown out - not to mention the need for a new mission statement.
The powers that be in New York still seem to be using our sandbox, or else we would loan it to them.
