Wednesday's (9-3-08) 10-race closing day card from Del Mar features the Grade 1 Del Mar Futurity, but I will look elsewhere for the horse of the day.
The 7th race is the $80k Pirate's Bounty Handicap for three-year-olds and up traveling six furlongs over Polytrack, and with a lively pace expected, #12 BULLSBAY (20-1) is my off the pace Horse

Sunday (8-24-08) is Pacific Classic Day from Del Mar, and the fine 11-race card features four graded races and a $1 Million Guaranteed Pick 6 Pool.
Sunday's horse of the day can be found in the 6th race, a straight maiden turf route for three-year-olds and up, and #10 LEFT UNSAID (9-2) is my top selection.
